Hey there! I am Duyen - PR & Communication Professional with more than 5 years of experience working in various fields from blockchain technology, e-commerce, events & exhibitions to human resources.

As a PR professional, I enjoy learning about an organization's business and communication needs, and developing strategic plans to increase customer engagement and company revenue. I have extensive experience overseeing and driving all PR strategies and narratives, managing everything from content creation, media relations, social media, to corporate branding and media partnerships. My communication style easily adapts to a wide range of audiences, whether consumers, businesses to businesses, or nonprofits.

As a freelance journalist and technology writer, I have written for many leading national and international media publications including e27, KrASIA, Technode Global, Vietnam Insider, and more. In my spare time, I also work as a PR consultant, where I assist clients with branding and public relations strategies, developing themes, angles and ideas that capture brand values and personality.

In addition to professional experience and skills, I have a solid educational background when I earned my Bachelor’s Degree with honors, majoring in Business Administration at the International University (Vietnam National University). I'm currently studying for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the French Vietnamese Center of Management (CFVG), expected to graduate in 2024.

Besides acquiring knowledge from school and work, I also enjoy challenging myself and learning from specialized professional competitions. Proudly, I made it to the top 5 of Vietnam Young Lions 2021 (the biggest and most prestigious national competition in field of Marketing & Communication) and top 5 of Unilever Future Leaders 'League 2014 (a Global Business Case Competition organized by Unilever).

Over the next five years, I envision myself advancing in my career path, holding the position of a Corporate Communications Manager/Director and managing the overall public perception of a company.
